A healing centered approach is used to facilitate attachment between parents and children. Using Theraplay, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Trust-Based Relational Intervention, and somatic interventions, children and parents are guided to attune to each other. The goal of therapy is better relationships between family members with enhanced attachment security, self-esteem, trust in others, and joyful engagement. The therapy helps create positive, hopeful outlooks for parents and children, leads to the capacity for self-regulation, and builds a foundation for social skills. We strive to help parents to understand the roots of their children's behavior, and for children to make sense of their current day to day feelings, thoughts and behaviors as well as the things that have happened in the past. A healthy, secure parent-child relationship will strengthen lifelong mental health.

Attachment & Biobehavioral Catch-up is a therapy model for very young children, ages 6 months to 24 months and their caregiver. This therapy is especially helpful for children and/or parents who have had adverse experiences.
